Information for volunteers and employees
Until further notice, the measures enacted by Ulm University apply to the Verfasste Studierendenschaft (StuVe) as well. Divergent or additional measures will be announced via e-mail.
Especially the measures concerning social distancing are to be considered carefully!
Selected Remarks
16.03.2020
All volunteers and employees must continue their work at home using teleworking or mobile working modalities. This will have no impact on employees' payment of salary.
All StuVe events will be postponed or cancelled, at least until the social distancing measures enacted by the state government of Baden-Württemberg / by Ulm University terminate.
17.03.2020
On 19.03., Ulm University starts its emergency mode. During this close-down, entering Ulm University's buildings and sites is prohibited, permanently let StuVe rooms included.
From now on, meetings and sessions with personal contact are prohibited (no matter if on- or off-site). This does include the StuVe's self-administrative organs.
The Studierendenexekutive is happy to help with any question concerning the StuVe's measures for prevention of the spread of coronavirus disease.
