The "Queer-Referat" (LGBTQIA+ Unit) is committed to supporting queer students, increasing visibility, and raising awareness. This involves (social) networking, queer activism, as well as the transfer of knowledge. As a non-partisan contact point, we would like to provide both a "safer space" and a "braver space" for the queer community at Ulm University.

We provide an open space for all LGBTQIA+ students and allies and host monthly game nights and other fun events. The event calendar for these can also be found in our WhatsApp group (just send us an e-mail to be added).

If you feel somewhat overwhelmed by the prospect of meeting new people or just want more information, shoot us an e-mail at stuve.queer(at)uni-ulm.de. Of course, you‘re also welcome to share any thoughts or ideas you might have. We're looking forward to meeting you!

During the lecture period, we hold open meet-ups regularly. Here one can usually find a selection of board games, chances to get creative, and other nice people.
Usually there are also some events planned in addition to that, which we‘ll announce in due time – stay tuned!

During the lecture-free period many of us are busy, too. There might still be some smaller events, if so, we'll let you know here, via our social media, or via our mailing list stuve.queer-info(at)lists.uni-ulm.de. You can subscribe to the latter via the uni's web interface, or by sending an e-mail with SUBSCRIBE stuve.queer-info in the subject line to sympa(at)lists.uni-ulm.de.
